If you call us or write an email to schedule an appointment, then we will ask you for your current location, citizenship, CV/resume, your US visa/green card history and your plans regarding your move to the United States.
Website traffic
Through the embedded app WEB-STAT, we collect the following website traffic data when you interact with our website: Date and time of visit; new or return visitor; referrer (webpages that sends visitors to our website); entry page (subpage you used to enter our website ); the country, city and zip code associated with your IP address; anonymized IP address (the last three digits of your IP address are not collected); your operating system, browser and type of device (e.g., smartphone or tablet). The website traffic data is anonymous meaning that it cannot be associated to a specific individual.
Payment Information
Through our payment processing providers or accounting software we collect the following payment information: Date of bill issued; date of bill paid; amount paid; amount outstanding; contact information of payer; last 4 digits, type, and expiry date of credit card (if applicable)
Why do we collect and how do we use personal and non-personal information?
We collect website traffic data to evaluate our reach and create aggregated statistical visitor data. This helps us to improve our client outreach and service.
We require the pre-consultation information to evaluate your personal situation and to determine what types of visa and green cards you would qualify for given your plans and background. We need this personal information prior to your appointment to prepare for your consultation and to provide you with the best information and immigration advice possible.
If you retain our services, we use the information you provide us with to prepare and file your visa or green card application or petition. Depending on your case, such information can include other data such as work address, employment history, financial statements of companies, etc.
How do we and our service providers collect, store, share, and disclose our users’ personal and non-personal information?
We collect the personal and non-personal information outlined above when you interact with our website, schedule a consultation online, retain our services, or contact us via phone or email.
We store collected personal and non-personal information on our firm’s secured computers, and we create data backups and upload them to our Internet-based storage platform provider.
We do not and never will share your personal and non-personal data with a third party. The personal information and website traffic data we collect is for internal use only. We take data security and privacy seriously and we treat all personal and non-personal information confidentially.
Our professional third-party service providers Wix.com, WEB-STAT and Acuity Scheduling act on our behalf and may store and process your data on secure servers behind firewalls. We are the “controller” of your personal information and can direct our service providers as the data “processors” to delete your personal information upon your request.
Wix.com
Wix.com is the host of our website www.adomatimmigration.com. As our “processor”, Wix does not collect any personal information of our website’s users and we do not task Wix with collecting, storing, or processing personal information of our users on our behalf. WEB-STAT
WEB-STAT detects the IP number and domain name of the server from where the request to our site originated and shares this traffic data in anonymized form with us. WEB-STAT does not collect any personal information (such as name, email address, profile, etc.) of our website’s visitors and it does not share our website’s traffic data with a third party. Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace)
We use Acuity Scheduling (a Squarespace company) to schedule initial consultations and to process fee payments for such consultations. We are in control of and responsible for the personal information you provide prior to your initial consultation (acting as the “controller”) and Acuity Scheduling merely processes your personal information on our behalf (acting as the “processor”). However, Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace) collects information about our clients using our online scheduling tool in anonymous, aggregated or pseudonymized form for the purpose of improving its services. This information is not shared with us. Please see Squarespace’s privacy policy for more information.

Payment Processors
To process payments for initial consultations, we employ the payment processors Stripe and Paypal. Both are integrated in our booking portal provided by Acuity Scheduling. When our visitors schedule a consultation and select a payment method, Acuity Scheduling passes the complete payment information along to our payment processors. Acuity Scheduling does not collect or store payment information. Stripe and Paypal handle your payment information according to their privacy policies.
We also offer our clients to pay for initial consultations and immigration services via bank transfers. Please consult your financial institutions’ privacy policies for more information on how they handle your data.

How do you consent and withdraw consent to processing your personal and non-personal information?
By scheduling a consultation either online, via email or over the phone, you consent to sharing your personal information with us for the sole purpose of evaluating and preparing your initial consultation and/or immigration application or petition.
By accepting our cookie settings or by continuing to interact with our website, you consent to our cookie usage and website traffic data collection through WEB-STAT.
