Right of withdrawal<\/span><\/h2>\n

If you booked a consultation via our online booking portal eTermin for purposes unrelated to commercial or self employed professional activities, you have the right to withdraw from this booking within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely once the consultation appointment has taken place.<\/p>\n

Consequences of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.<\/p>\n

We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.<\/p>\n
