Founder & Managing Attorney
ayla kremen adomat, esq.
Ayla is a northern Virginia native, who earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in 2015 and served as a Fulbright Scholar in Berlin in 2011. She has exclusively practiced US immigration law for nearly 10 years, focusing on family and business immigration. This includes representing investors, professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs and everything in between.
Ayla offers representation in German and English and lives in Berlin with her husband and two sons.
Ayla is licensed to practice law in New York and Virginia.
Associate Attorney
Austin duebel, esq.
Austin calls both the United States and the Netherlands home. He currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a city he grew to love as he earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University's Beasley School of Law. Austin has years of experience in business immigration law, having assisted numerous NonImmigrant Visa beneficiaries of every category and specialising in curated, meticulous Green Card petitions.
In his free time, Austin can be found roughhousing with his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, cycling, playing pickleball, or engrossed in a book about his latest history obsession.
Austin is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
Attorney
mollie lemberg, esq.
Mollie is originally from Omaha, Nebraska, and earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The George Washington University Law School in 2008. Mollie received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2003.
Mollie lives in Berlin with her husband and son and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling & exploring, yoga, and reading.
Mollie is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.
Lead Paralegal
Kaelan Hale
Kaelan originally comes from California but now calls the Pacific Northwest home. After finishing his Bachelor studies in Political Science at the University of Washington in Seattle, he spent two years working as a paralegal in employment litigation and probate law.
With the coming of the pandemic, he decided to pursue a master’s degree in public policy at the University of Erfurt’s Willy Brandt School.
His free time is largely spent at concerts, at the gym, and sometimes solo travelling to wherever he can.

Kathleen greer
Kathleen Greer is a Buckeye at heart, hailing from Cleveland, Ohio and graduating with a BA in European History and German from The Ohio State University in 2020. She embarked a Fulbright ETA Grant fellowship in 2021 and taught at the Bertha von Suttner Integrierte Gesamtschule in Kaiserslautern.
Kathleen has worked in US immigration law for more than a year and a half now and specializes in O-1 casework.
She is happy to call Berlin home. In her spare time, Kathleen performs with the Musical Theater Society Berlin and is a flyer/main base for TU Stars cheerleading team.
Paralegal
John mcelfresh
John is originally from New York, where he graduated from the University at Buffalo with a BA in History with a focus on modern French History. After finishing his master’s degree in public policy at the University of Erfurt, he now calls Berlin home.
John previously worked in education and EU political affairs before shifting his career towards US immigration law.
John is a strong advocate for the city of Erfurt, Frasier, the New York Mets and his two globetrotting cats.
Paralegal
franziska mullins
Franziska is originally from Mainz and currently lives in Delaware. At the end of 2018 she moved to the United States with her husband. Before moving, she completed her apprenticeship with the City Administration of Wiesbaden as a Management Assistant for Office Communication and then worked in the School Social Work department.
Before moving to Delaware, Franziska worked as a legal secretary at a law firm in Oklahoma.
In her free time, Franziska likes to take walks with her French Bulldog, bake, or read true crime stories.
Operations & Billing Manager
rouven adomat
Rouven was born in Mainz and after spending more than six years in the United States, now calls Berlin his home. At Adomat Immigration, Rouven is responsible for overseeing the firm’s billing practices, client files and firm management.
Rouven completed his bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Tübingen and his master’s degree in International Relations at the University of California – San Diego. Currently, Rouven is pursuing a PhD in Economic History researching migration selectivity in the 19th century.
When not working at the firm or on his dissertation, Rouven enjoys wrangling his two sons, running and watching soccer.
