Ayla Kremen Adomat

Ayla Kremen Adomat, Esq.

Founder & Managing Attorney

Ayla is a Northern Virginia native and earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School in 2015. In 2011, she was a Fulbright Scholar in Berlin. She has practiced exclusively U.S. immigration law for over a decade, with a focus on family and business immigration. She represents investors, professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs and more.

Ayla offers counsel in German and English and lives in Berlin with her husband and three sons.

Ayla is licensed to practice law in New York and Virginia.

Austin Duebel

Austin Duebel, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Austin considers both the United States and the Netherlands his home. He currently resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a city he grew to love during his Juris Doctor studies at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Austin has years of experience in business immigration law and has assisted numerous non-immigrant visa recipients in every category, specializing in carefully crafted green card applications.

In his spare time, Austin enjoys spending time with his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, riding his bike, playing pickleball or immersing himself in books about his latest historical interests.

Austin is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Mollie Lemberg, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Mollie earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from George Washington University Law School in 2008. She previously received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2003.

Mollie lives in Berlin with her husband and son and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling and exploring new places, practicing yoga and reading.

Mollie is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.

Ben Titera

Ben Titera is a writer, historian, and researcher from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and currently lives in New York City. He earned a master’s degree from the New School for Social Research, where his thesis focused on New York’s queer performance art scene of the 1990s. Ben has experience in immigration law practice and specializes in cases based on exceptional talent (EB-1A, O-1), outstanding research (EB-1B), and national interest (NIW). He has a passion for avant-garde feminist composers, writers, and artists and loves discovering rare books and records in New York’s dusty thrift stores.

Kathleen Greer

Kathleen Greer

Paralegal

Kathleen Greer is a Buckeye abroad. She grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University in 2020. In 2021, she moved to Germany on a Fulbright ETA Scholarship and spent a year teaching at a secondary school in Kaiserslautern before moving to Berlin in 2022.

Kathleen has worked in the area of U.S. immigration law for over two years and specializes in O-1 cases.

She loves her life in Berlin and spends her free time choreographing amateur musical productions in the city.

John McElfresh

Paralegal

John is originally from New York, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University at Buffalo, specializing in modern French history. After completing his Master’s degree in Public Policy at the University of Erfurt, he now calls Berlin his home.

John previously worked in education and EU policy before steering his career towards US immigration law.

John is an enthusiastic advocate for the city of Erfurt, the “Frasier” series, the New York Mets and his two well-traveled cats.

Franziska Mullins

Franziska is originally from Mainz and currently lives in Delaware. She moved to the United States with her husband at the end of 2018. Before moving, she completed an apprenticeship as an office communications clerk at the Wiesbaden city administration and then worked in the area of school social work.

Before moving to Delaware, Franziska worked as a paralegal in a law firm in Oklahoma.

In her free time, Franziska enjoys walking her French bulldog, baking and reading true crime stories.

Rouven Adomat

Rouven Adomat

Operations & Billing Manager

Rouven was born in Mainz and now calls Berlin his home after more than six years in the United States. At Adomat Immigration, Rouven is responsible for overseeing billing practices, client files and office management.

Rouven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tübingen and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of California – San Diego. Rouven is currently doing his doctorate in economic history and researching migration selectivity in the 19th century.

When he’s not working at the law firm or writing his dissertation, Rouven enjoys spending time with his two sons, going jogging and watching soccer.
