Right of withdrawal

If you booked a consultation via our online booking portal for purposes unrelated to commercial or self-employed professional activities, then you have the right to cancel this booking within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you booked the consultation appointment. The right of cancellation expires prematurely once the consultation appointment has taken place.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Adomat Immigration, Schillerstraße 10, 10625 Berlin, Tel: +49 30 311 96203, E-Mail: rouven@adomatimmigration.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may also click the button below to submit your withdrawal; however, this is not required.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
