Right of withdrawal

If you booked a consultation via our online booking portal eTermin for purposes unrelated to commercial or self employed professional activities, you have the right to withdraw from this booking within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely once the consultation appointment has taken place.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email.

Alternatively, you can submit your withdrawal via our online booking portal eTermin:

You will be redirected to our eTermin booking portal.
There you can use the “Withdraw from contract” function to identify your booking and submit your withdrawal.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.
